In Brazil’s competitive automotive market, Great Wall Motor (GWM) aimed to modernize its 4S stores and attract more customers. With increasing competition and changing consumer expectations, GWM needed to transform their physical spaces into engaging, interactive environments. Each 4S store required a solution that enhanced the customer experience while integrating seamlessly with the existing architecture. The company’s goal was to create a modern, inviting, and visually stunning atmosphere to stand out from competitors.
To achieve this, GWM implemented Hikvision’s commercial display solution in 110 of its 4S stores. The solution features 4K high-resolution LED screens with an extreme-narrow 1.8 mm bezel design. Main screens measure 10-20 m², while supporting screens range from 5-10 m², giving the stores a sleek, contemporary look. Some stores also installed high-brightness transparent LED screens at the front to showcase brand logos and contact information without compromising the store’s transparency or architectural integrity.
Complementing the LED screens, GWM also installed interactive digital signage. These lightweight and interactively designed touch screens serve multiple purposes, including customer registration, promotional content display, and providing directions and the latest brand news. Webcams are integrated to personalize the experience, allowing customers to easily self-register as members and access tailored information.
The deployment significantly enhanced GWM’s brand image. The modernized services and visually appealing presentations attracted more customers, boosting market competitiveness. Promotional videos for new models and purchase discounts were particularly effective, creating a more engaging shopping experience. Overall, the digital transformation not only improved the aesthetic of the 4S stores but also drove sales and customer satisfaction, solidifying GWM’s leadership in Brazil’s automotive industry.
